Befit is a premium fitness solutions business representing some of the world's leading fitness equipment brands, including Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Concept2, Brunswick, and Basi Systems.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and be part of an exciting, fast-growing premium fitness business.
This is not a traditional retail sales role. You will work with customers looking for high-end fitness solutions for their homes, private gyms, residential projects, commercial facilities, hospitality, and corporate environments.
What You'll Do- Engage with walk-in customers, leads, referrals, and existing clients to identify sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, fitness goals, space, and budget to recommend the right equipment and solutions.
- Present and demonstrate premium fitness equipment and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry and consultation through quotation, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and high-value customers.
- Proactively follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across equipment, accessories, apparel, and other Befit products.
- Maintain excellent showroom standards and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, fitness trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in premium/luxury retail, fitness, sports, automotive, furniture, interior solutions, hospitality, or other high-value products.
- Experience handling high-value sales and premium customers is highly preferred.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and polished communication style.
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or premium brands is an advantage.
- A proactive, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
