We are looking for IT
Software Account Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new customers in Abu Dhabi
.
- Manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable software solutions and services
. - Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions, and AI technologies.
- Mandatory experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi
. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
