EBL Sales

The role is responsible for representing EBL professionally by providing excellent customer service, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and supporting smooth daily retail operations.

• Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Promote and sell EBL products by explaining features, quality, pricing, and availability.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain product displays, pricing, cleanliness, and shop presentation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock receiving, counting, and replenishment.
• Process sales transactions, payments, invoices, and daily sales reports accurately.
• Follow company policies related to sales, promotions, returns, and customer service.
• Support shop opening and closing activities as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or similar roles.
• Experience in shop, showroom, kiosk, mall, or premium retail sales is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory processes.
• Experience in leather, fashion, accessories, or luxury products is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good product presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and close sales professionally.
• Accuracy in handling payments, receipts, and sales records.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and reliability.
• Ability to manage shop operations independently.
• Basic English communication skills;
  Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
