Enterprise Sales Director

We are hiring for the enterprise AI business of a leading global technology platform that is expanding rapidly across the GCC.

The business provides enterprise AI solutions across fraud and risk, credit and underwriting, customer journey automation and agentic workflows.

We are looking for a senior Enterprise Sales Director to build and close strategic enterprise opportunities across banks, insurers and lenders.

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
• Build new-logo business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, risk leaders and senior business stakeholders.
• Identify high-value use cases where AI can improve revenue, risk, efficiency or customer experience.
• Work closely with a Solutions Director in a two-in-a-box model.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, commercial negotiations and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Build relationships with relevant ecosystem and channel partners.

• Up to 15 years of enterprise technology / SaaS / AI / cloud / digital transformation sales experience.
• Strong track record of winning net-new enterprise customers

• Experience selling large, complex technology deals, ideally in the $500K–$2M+ range.
• Strong GCC relationships, particularly across banking, financial services, insurance or lending.
• Comfortable selling to both business and technology executives.
• Good understanding of AI and modern enterprise technology.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - hands-on, commercially driven and comfortable building a market rather than inheriting one.
