What Hobber is Hobber is a discovery super platform for entertainment, recreation, dining, events and tourism. One app where you open your phone, see what your city actually has, and book it. We put users and vendors in the same place and take the friction out of everything between them. Abu Dhabi is our first city. Every vendor on it will be there because someone on this team went and got them.

You bring vendors onto Hobber and you stay with them until they are live. Seven kinds of business: experiences, restaurants, hotels, car rentals, wellness, tour operators and events. You find them, you reach out, you explain Hobber properly, you get them signed up, you walk them through approval, and you do not stop until their first listing is published and taking bookings.

Signing is half the job. A vendor only counts when their first listing is live.

Working your own list of venues across Abu Dhabi, from Yas and Saadiyat to the Corniche and the spots only people who live here know about Calls, visits, follow ups, and the unglamorous chasing that turns a maybe into a sign up Sitting with an owner and explaining how the platform works, what it costs and what they get, in language they actually use Getting them through our automated sign up and approval process: trade licence, documents, bank details.

Helping them build a first listing that looks good and sells Running all of it through our partnership dashboard, which is wired into an AI assistant that does the busy work alongside you

• You have lived in the UAE for years, most of your life ideally, and Abu Dhabi is your home city.
• You know which places are packed on a Friday, which ones just opened, and which ones are not worth the drive.
• You go out, you try things, and people ask you where to go.
• You are early in your career with a few years of selling behind you, and you are quick with technology.
• Nobody has to explain an app to you twice, and you already use AI tools without being told to.

• Two years minimum in B2B sales, acquisition or business development
• Five years or more living in the UAE, with real Abu Dhabi street knowledge
• Fluent English. This one is not negotiable.
• Arabic is a strong advantage
• Genuinely comfortable with technology.
• You will learn this platform deeply enough to explain its details to a sceptical owner who has been burned by an app before
• Comfortable working with AI tools, because our dashboard runs on one
• Able to get yourself around Abu Dhabi

• The job is designed to generate AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month on target.
• A base of AED 4,000 plus uncapped commission
• Commission pays on real outcomes: vendor approved, first listing live, first booking.
• Nothing for a signature that never sells anything
• Work SIM provided
• Already have a visa? Ideal.

• You are in the first group joining the partnership team. The ladder here is short and real. The people who shine in this batch are the ones who will lead the next one
