Sales Associate Role Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to support sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.

The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products or services, and providing a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, introducing products and services, preparing quotations and sales materials, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.

The Sales Associate will also support sales campaigns, monitor customer feedback, assist with order coordination, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, commercial awareness, and the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. The successful candidate should be comfortable working toward sales objectives while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-breaking skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality. Good understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, and business development. Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English. Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and highly motivated. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
