ELYFLEX is a modern wellness and recovery studio in Business Bay, Dubai.
This is not a traditional reception role. The Studio Administrator / Coach is directly involved in the daily operation and growth of the studio, combining client care, studio administration, conducting ELYFLEX wellness sessions after full training, and active participation in sales and client development.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and create a friendly, professional and comfortable studio experience.
- Communicate with clients via Whats App, Instagram and phone.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
- Explain the ELYFLEX wellness concept and session process clearly and confidently.
- Prepare clients and conduct ELYFLEX wellness sessions after full training.
- Follow all operating and safety procedures.
- Maintain client records and manage the booking system.
- Process payments, individual sessions and packages.
- Follow up with first-time clients and help convert visits into repeat sessions and packages.
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage referrals.
- Proactively contribute to attracting new clients through personal contacts, referrals, neighbouring offices, local businesses and other opportunities.
- Keep the studio organised, presentable and ready for clients.
Compensation & conditions:
- Total monthly earning potential (base salary + commission): AED 3,500–7,000+
- Fixed base salary: up to AED 3,000 per month
- Performance-based commission from sessions and packages
- Higher earning opportunities for clients personally introduced by the employee
- Additional commission opportunities for corporate and business development
- Commission is uncapped and total income grows with results
- Full-time, on-site position in Business Bay, Dubai
- 6 working days per week with 1 weekly day off
- Weekend availability is required
- Working hours may vary according to the studio booking schedule, including occasional morning or evening shifts
- Full professional training is provided
- Employment and visa arrangements in accordance with UAE regulations
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the studio for an interview and practical assessment.
SkillsWe are looking for an energetic, responsible and client-oriented person who enjoys working with people and is motivated by results.
- Good conversational English
- Friendly, confident and professional communication style
- Comfortable working directly with clients in a wellness and body-care environment
- Client-oriented, proactive and sales-minded
- Responsible, punctual and organised
- Comfortable using Whats App, booking systems and basic computer tools
- Willing to learn and follow established procedures
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Interest in wellness, recovery and working with people
- Previous experience in wellness, fitness, spa, beauty, hospitality, customer service or sales is an advantage, but is not essential
- Russian language is an advantage but is not required
- No medical qualification or previous ELYFLEX equipment experience is required. Full training will be provided.
