Tourism Sales Promoter

ATEEQ is looking for confident, energetic and highly presentable Arabic-speaking Tourism Sales Promoters to represent our heritage retail destination across approved tourist locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The role involves approaching tour guides, introducing them to ATEEQ, explaining our unique shopping and cultural experience, and encouraging interested visitors and tour groups to visit our showroom.

This is a highly customer-facing and target-driven position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable approaching new people, starting conversations and converting tourist interest into qualified showroom visits.

• Approach and engage tour guides at approved tourist locations.

• Introduce ATEEQ and explain our products, heritage and visitor experience.

• Encourage tourists and tour groups to visit the ATEEQ showroom.

• Build relationships with tour guides, drivers and tourism professionals.

• Share showroom location and contact information with interested visitors.

• Identify high-potential tourists and groups.

• Generate and record qualified customer leads.

• Represent the ATEEQ brand professionally at all times.

• Meet daily and monthly visitor-generation targets.

• Provide management with regular reports on referrals and tourist engagement.

• Fluent spoken Arabic is required.

• Good conversational English.

• Egyptian Arabic dialect familiarity is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable approaching customers directly.

• Presentable, well-groomed and professional.

• Previous experience in sales, tourism, hospitality, retail, events or promotions is preferred.

• Knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi tourist areas is an advantage.

• Highly energetic, persuasive and target-oriented.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• UAE-based candidates preferred.

• Valid UAE work eligibility required where applicable.
