Regional Broadband Sales Manager MEA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Broadband Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Mobile Broadband and FWA business across the Middle East (primary focus) & Africa (secondary focus).

Based in Dubai, this role will focus on developing strategic relationships with leading telecom operators,identifying new business opportunities and driving them through to commercial deployment.

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for 4G/5G CPE, Mobile Wi-Fi, FWA etc related Mobile Broadband products.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with major operators across Saudi Arabia, GCC and Africa.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and design-in to certification, negotiation and deployment.
• Develop group-level opportunities with operators such as STC, Zain, e&, Ooredoo, Du, MTN, Airtel Africa, Vodacom and Orange etc.
• Work closely with product team, engineering team, supply chain and marketing teams to deliver successful customer launches.
• Drive achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets.

• 5+ years of telecom / technology sales experience, including at least 3 years of direct MNO (Mobile Network Operator) account experience.
• MBB/CPE/FWA sales experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G, FWA, CPE and Mobile Broadband.
• Hands-on experience in Telecom operator projects, including RFQ/RFP, product introduction, testing/certification, commercial negotiation and mass deployment.
• Proven track record in new business development and strategic account management.
• Established relationships with operators in Saudi Arabia / GCC strongly preferred.
• Experience across Africa is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across MEA.
• Fluent English required;
  Arabic and/or French is a plus.
