Sales Executive – Printing & Production
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 4,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Summary
We are an established Printing & Branding Company based in Sharjah, UAE
, seeking an experienced
Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the printing and production industry
.
This is a field-based B2B sales role
. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating new business, understanding printing requirements, preparing quotations, following up with prospects, and closing printing and branding orders
.
Candidates with an existing network of corporate clients and businesses in the UAE will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking and client referrals
. - Identify and approach potential corporate and business clients.
- Visit clients and understand their printing, branding and production requirements
. - Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Generate repeat business and identify additional printing and branding opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
- Have a good understanding of printing materials, paper, substrates, finishing, signage, packaging and promotional products
. - Maintain regular follow-ups on quotations, pending orders and potential leads.
- Submit daily sales reports
, including client visits, leads, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Printing / Production / Advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials and finishing
. - Proven ability to generate new clients and close B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Confident in attending face-to-face client meetings.
- Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with field sales.
- UAE Driving License is required.
- Candidates currently based in Sharjah are preferred.
- Candidates with their own UAE visa will be preferred.
- English and Arabic are required.
- Experience with corporate printing, branding, signage, packaging or promotional products is an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
Up to AED 4,000/month
, depending on experience and suitability.
In addition to the basic salary,
attractive sales incentives will be provided based on achieving targets.
