Area Sales Manager – Fragrance

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will act as the commercial lead for the fragrance business across India and Türkiye. You will partner closely with the Fragrance team to implement the Maison’s strategy, drive sales performance, oversee forecasting and supply flow, and ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.

• Deliver sales and margin targets across designated accounts, while monitoring performance against agreed objectives.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and coordinate supply flow in line with business and client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key fragrance clients.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with the Maison’s commercial priorities.
• Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and commercial matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the Fragrance team and wider internal stakeholders to support business performance.

• Build and animate the Fragrance Ambassador community across India and Türkiye through regular communication, training and visits to retail counters.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of Fragrance Ambassadors.
• Monitor performance through sales analysis and brand knowledge assessments.
• Set monthly targets and manage commission and incentive schemes.
• Motivate and empower the ambassador network to achieve commercial objectives while delivering a consistent Maison experience.

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and new business development within designated accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to identify opportunities and inform commercial plans.
• Present new product launches, brand strategies and the Maison’s value proposition confidently to clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms and conditions, to secure favourable agreements.
• Manage budgets effectively and support the execution of launches, activations and marketing initiatives.
