Interior Designer​/Sales - Kitchens

Key Responsibilities

• Design Consultation:
  Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for kitchens, wardrobes, laundry rooms, and vanities.
• Project Proposals:
  Create detailed designs, layouts, and 3D presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
• Sales:
  Identify and pursue sales opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.
• Client Interaction:
  Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire design and sales process.
• Knowledge of Winner App:
  Utilize Winner Design Software to develop designs and proposals (knowledge in this tool is a plus).
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
• Market Awareness:
  Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technology in the interior design industry.

• Educational Background:
  Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar) and familiarity with Winner Design Software is a plus.
• Sales
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
• UAE Driving License:
  Preferred but not mandatory.
