We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Government to develop and manage relationships with government entities, driving room and event bookings from this key market segment.

• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with government clients and entities as well as other targets
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets from the government segment
• Prepare and negotiate rate agreements and contracts with government accounts
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the government sector
• Collaborate with Reservations and Front Office to ensure smooth guest experiences for government bookings
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

• 5–6 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record in the government segment
• Existing network of government/corporate contacts in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a strong advantage
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
