The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this position, the individual will make outbound calls to prospective clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and promote Xperia Homes property offerings and services. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining property features and investment opportunities, scheduling site visits or consultations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
The role also involves following up with potential clients, supporting sales campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The Telesales Representative is expected to provide professional customer support and uphold Xperia Homes standards of service and integrity.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain complex information simply and confidently.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive client experience.
- Sales skills, including lead qualification, persuasion, and closing techniques, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
- Training or coaching experience to quickly learn product details, market insights, and sales scripts, and apply them effectively in calls.
- Previous telesales or call center experience, preferably in real estate, property services, or financial products.
- Comfort working with CRM systems and basic computer applications for data entry and call tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, meet performance targets, and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
