Business Development Partner – Education Agent Network
Commission Only | No Basic Salary | Education Industry Experience Required
WI Global Education is looking for experienced Business Development Partners / Education Channel Developers to expand our network of education agents and institutional partners in selected overseas markets.
IMPORTANT:
This is NOT a salaried position
. There is no basic salary
. Income is based on commission and successful business development results.
We are specifically looking for candidates who already have relevant experience, contacts, or networks within the education sector
, particularly in:
- Education agencies / study abroad agencies
- Online degree or higher education recruitment
- University or education partnership development
- Training institutes / professional education providers
- B2B education channel development
- Education agent recruitment and management
Your Main Role
Your responsibility will be to identify, approach and develop local education agents and B2B education partners who can promote WI Global Education's international university programmes.
This is primarily a channel development role
, not a general sales or administrative position.
Who Should Apply
You should apply only if you:
- Have previous experience developing education agents or education partnerships
- Already understand the local education / student recruitment market
- Have existing contacts with education agencies, training centres, universities or related organisations
- Are comfortable working on a commission-only basis
- Can independently identify and approach potential B2B partners
- Have strong business development and negotiation skills

Candidates from unrelated industries without relevant education-sector experience will not be considered.
Compensation
No basic salary.
Attractive commission / revenue-sharing structure based on successful partnerships and student enrolments.
For strong candidates with the ability to develop an entire local market, there may also be opportunities to discuss a broader Master Agent / Market Development Partner role.
