About Us
Fajr Al Ghadeer Technical Services LLC is a growing technical services company delivering high‑quality fit‑out, waterproofing, stainless‑steel works, gypsum and glass solutions across the UAE. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Visit clients, contractors, consultants, and project sites
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong follow‑up
- Build long‑term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for project execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in technical services / construction / fit‑out / waterproofing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good knowledge of UAE market and project‑based sales
- Immediate joiners preferred
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self‑motivated and target‑oriented approach
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Good written and spoken English
- Valid driving licence and own transport: [Preferred]
