Silkor is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our team in the GCC.
We are looking for a strong sales and customer service professional who can confidently manage client consultations, follow up on leads, cross-sell services and achieve monthly sales targets.
What we are looking for:- 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service or a commercial role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets
- Professional approach with premium clients
- Energetic, proactive and results-driven personality
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality or premium services is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decision-making and sales approaches.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software for tracking and managing client relationships.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering persuasive pitches to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals and fostering a positive work environment.
