Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to support sales activities and build strong relationships with customers. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting products or services, responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. The successful candidate will maintain a high standard of customer service, assist with sales documentation and reporting, monitor customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role also requires staying informed about products, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
