We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially driven, and results-oriented Managing Director – Sales & Marketing to lead the organization’s overall sales, marketing, and business growth strategy.

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, strengthening brand positioning, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing Sales & Marketing teams. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop and execute business strategies that deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term competitive advantage.

• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the Sales & Marketing function.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
• Establish annual sales targets, marketing objectives, KPIs, budgets, and performance standards.
• Lead and manage sales, marketing, business development, and related commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, distributors, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, strategic partnerships, and potential expansion opportunities.
• Develop effective sales strategies, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and go-to-market plans.
• Oversee brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer acquisition costs, and overall commercial KPIs.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop strategies to strengthen customer retention, loyalty, and long-term customer value.
• Oversee sales forecasting, revenue planning, budget management, and commercial performance.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Product, HR, and other departments to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
• Lead negotiations with major clients, strategic partners, suppliers, and key business stakeholders.
• Review and improve sales processes, marketing systems, customer acquisition strategies, and commercial operations.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing leadership team.
• Establish a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, innovation, customer satisfaction, and business results.
• Present sales, marketing, financial, and business performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Board or company owners.
• Represent the company at major business meetings, industry events, conferences, negotiations, and external engagements.
• Lead major business expansion, transformation, and growth initiatives to strengthen the company’s market position.

• Proven experience in a Managing Director, Sales & Marketing Director, Commercial Director, Chief Commercial Officer, or equivalent senior leadership position.
• Strong track record in driving sales growth, revenue generation, market expansion, and business development.
• Extensive experience managing both Sales and Marketing functions at a senior level.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market and business growth strategies.
