Senior Business Development & Project Sales Manager

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and project sales by leveraging your industry network and commercial expertise to identify, develop, and secure profitable opportunities. You will manage the entire sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and support business growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury interiors, architectural products, renovation, and fit-out sectors.
• Leverage industry networks to generate qualified leads and build strong client relationships.
• Proactively pursue new projects and expand the company's market presence.

Project Sales & Client Management:

• Present products and services, understand client requirements, and identify suitable project solutions.
• Manage client meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and developers.

Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure:

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation, project award, and payment follow-up.
• Prepare competitive proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring profitability and successful deal closure.

Pipeline Management & Performance:

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and progress updates.
• Achieve agreed sales targets through self-generated business opportunities.
• Track sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Project Coordination & Market Development:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project proposals align with client requirements, budgets, and delivery capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Assess commercial risks, payment terms, and project feasibility to support profitable business growth.

You are a commercially driven business development professional with a strong UAE network and proven experience generating and closing high-value project sales within luxury interiors, architectural products, renovation, or fit-out.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Education &

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Proven UAE experience in luxury interiors, architectural products, renovation, or fit-out.
• Good understanding of BOQs, specifications, tendering, procurement, and contracts.
• Experience working with design, technical, estimation, and project teams.
• Existing industry connections are highly preferred.
