Blue World Industrial, a leading Food Wholesale Distributor in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, is hiring an Outdoor Sales Executive to lead our hypermarket channel in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, field-based sales position ideal for a driven, professional individual with strong negotiation skills and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with hypermarket buyers and category managers across Abu Dhabi.
- Drive orders and ensure Blue World products are always front-of-shelf and well-merchandised.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends, and report insights to the Sales Manager.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned hypermarket channel.
- Negotiate promotions, displays, and trade agreements with key accounts.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely delivery and stock replenishment.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and results-driven sales professional who understands the UAE hypermarket landscape and can build long-term relationships with key buyers.
Requirements- License: Valid UAE Driving License (Required).
- Location Knowledge: Familiar with Abu Dhabi roads and the hypermarket network.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in FMCG, food wholesale, or hypermarket sales preferred.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Speaking and Writing).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Personal Traits: Presentable, disciplined, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Salary: AED 3,000 per month plus Commission.
