Job Description / Role:A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Key Account Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Promote and provide scientific information on assigned products to healthcare professionals in line with company strategies and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals.
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned therapeutic areas, products, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Identify business opportunities and implement appropriate customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to execute brand and account strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence.
- Effectively manage the assigned territory and customer portfolio to maximize business opportunities.
Required:
- Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based.
- Candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Experience in Oncology is a plus; candidates with experience in Respiratory, Gastroenterology, Women's Health/Gynecology, or other Primary Care therapeutic areas.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Must be currently living in the UAE.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
Skills Required:- Commercially driven
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently in a field-based role
