This is not a desk job. It's a field sales position for individuals who want to prove themselves, grow fast, and earn big through results.
What You'll DoHunt for new business:
Acquire used car dealers, new car dealers, and other automotive-related companies (insurance, finance, accessories, etc.) that aren't yet working with Yalla Motor.Be on the ground:
Spend your days in the market, moving from showroom to showroom, meeting decision-makers, presenting Yalla Motor's products, and closing deals.Retain and grow accounts:
Build strong, long-term relationships with your clients to ensure they continue listing and advertising with Yalla Motor.Promote Yalla Motor solutions:
Sell dealer packages, featured ads, and marketing services that help clients get more leads and exposure.Follow a sales process:
Record all activities, meetings, and updates accurately in the CRM system.Think like an entrepreneur:
Suggest new ways to improve our products, pricing, and sales strategy based on what you see in the field.Deliver results:
Meet and exceed your monthly targets for bookings, cashings, and new dealer activations.
A hunter's mindset, self-motivated, ambitious, and hungry to close deals.
Energetic and positive attitude, you love being on the move and talking to people.
Comfortable working with minimal supervision, you own your day and deliver results.
Fluent in Arabic and English, able to communicate with all types of clients.
Valid UAE driving license and own car, essential.
Passion for cars and the automotive industry, you understand what dealers care about.
Prior experience in field sales, outdoor sales, or automotive sales is a strong plus.
Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance data.
