Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their banking needs and recommend suitable products such as credit cards, loans, accounts, and insurance or investment referrals. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and calls, explaining product features and benefits, preparing basic documentation, and coordinating with banking partners to support applications.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on pending cases, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The Sales Associate will collaborate with colleagues and management to share market feedback, refine sales approaches, and support team objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including relationship-building, negotiation, and the ability to explain financial products clearly.
• Knowledge of banking and financial services such as credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, and SME or corporate accounts, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records, handling multiple cases, and meeting performance targets.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive, ethical, and customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in banking, financial products, or sales is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
