- Serve as the lead expert with extensive knowledge of the construction operation and application of the GEA Flow Components product range The role supports all inside sales operations and product management activities
- Coordinate with Product Development and Sales Steering functions including new product developments and evolving market demands
- The role requires strong inside sales management skills for both local and remote teams
- The role also requires application engineering knowledge as well as project management skills
- The position has full access to available technical and operational resources for all projects including aseptic and hygienic application managers and the field service department
- Manage all technical sales and partner sales activities across all product lines
- Work with Technical Sales Engineers to generate and manage all customer proposals and orders for the North African market
- Responsible for all internal and external technical support for GEA Flow Components in the MENA market
- Manage projects including providing support and guidance to the technical sales and operations team for the GEA Flow Components product range including inventory control and forecasting
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and supporting the appropriate product and system offerings for the MENA market
- Interface with factories on all operational and technical matters related to GEA Flow Components products
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in Technical Sales Engineering/Management
- 5 8 years of experience in sales management and technical/application sales support activities
- Experience working with industrial refrigeration systems, factories, and fabrication contractors
- Willingness to travel as required by sales assignments and industry functions
- Familiar with sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques
- Strong professional presence with a results-oriented mindset
