Sales Engineer – Telecom & Cables

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with an engineering background and sales experience in Telecom, Cables, Structured Cabling, or related technology solutions
. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop business through solution and concept selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in Telecom, Cables, Digitalization, and Sustainability solutions
  .
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial/technical proposals and follow up until order closure.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end customers.
• Keep updated on market developments, emerging technologies, and AI trends
  .

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Computer Engineering
  , or a related field.
• Maximum 30 years of age.
• Previous sales experience in Telecom, Cables, Structured Cabling, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Experience in concept selling / solution selling for Digitalization or Sustainability products and services is an advantage.
• UAE market sales experience is preferred
  , but relevant international experience will be considered.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Valid driving license is mandatory; own car is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
  ; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good awareness of AI, digitalization, and emerging technologies
  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
