WAJ is building the future of the SaaS industry , our platform powers salons, spas, clinics, real estate agencies, and other SMEs across the region with the tools they need to run and grow their business.
About the RoleWe're looking for a driven Sales Agent based in the UAE to join our growing team. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls as well as on-ground visits, meeting directly with owners and decision-makers at SMEs to understand their operational challenges and show them how WAJ solves them. You'll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to closing the subscription, onboarding the client, and managing the account throughout their subscription.
Requirements- Based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license and car
- Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable with computers and general software use
- Open to phone-based and in-person outreach
- Previous sales experience, ideally in SaaS or the beauty/wellness industry
- Generous Commission
- This is startup work: fast-moving, hands-on, and wide-ranging. You'll wear more than one hat, learn quickly, and build a skill set that opens doors well beyond this role.
