Business Development Executive – PM & FM

We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of our Property Management and Facilities Management Department by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and securing new management contracts across the real estate and facilities services sectors.

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for Property Management and Facilities Management services, targeting property owners, landlords, real estate investors, developers, corporate clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Expand the existing portfolio across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial properties, identifying opportunities in new asset classes and geographic markets.
• Identify complementary industries and service sectors where the company's existing PM/FM capabilities can be leveraged to develop new revenue streams and business opportunities.
• Proactively generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through market research, networking, referrals, industry events, direct outreach, and other business development channels.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's client base, increase market presence, and secure new property management and facilities management contracts.
• Drive the full business development lifecycle, from prospect identification and initial engagement to client meetings, needs assessment, proposal submission, commercial negotiations, contract award, and successful handover to the operations team.
• Develop a strong understanding of market demand, competitor offerings, prevailing service rates, and emerging opportunities within the Abu Dhabi real estate and facilities management sectors.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), expressions of interest, and other commercial submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines, while supporting the development of competitive pricing proposals in coordination with the relevant internal teams, ensuring commercial viability and alignment with the Company's Policies.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales within Property Management, Facilities Management, building maintenance, or a related real estate services business.
• Proven experience generating leads, developing client relationships, and securing new service contracts within the UAE market.
• Good technical understanding of Property Management and FM services
  , including hard and soft FM, MEP maintenance, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and integrated FM solutions.
• Hands-on experience preparing commercial quotations, reviewing tender requirements, coordinating RFP/RFQ submissions
  , and negotiating service fees and contract terms.
• Understanding of FM pricing components, including manpower, materials, subcontractor costs, maintenance scope, and contract profitability.
• Experience developing business opportunities across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial properties
  , with the ability to identify opportunities in complementary sectors.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate and FM markets
  , including key client segments, procurement processes, and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, negotiation, and contract-closing skills.
