, we're looking for a highly connected Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships Lead to join an ambitious international innovation project in Abu Dhabi.

We're seeking a senior professional with a strong network across the UAE business and innovation ecosystem who can connect startups, corporates, investors and institutions to create tangible opportunities for collaboration and growth.

• Build and activate strategic partnerships across Abu Dhabi, the UAE and international innovation ecosystems.
• Engage senior decision-makers in corporates, government entities, investment organisations and innovation hubs.
• Connect high-potential startups with potential customers, partners, investors and industry leaders.
• Facilitate corporate-startup collaborations, pilot opportunities and market access.
• Turn strategic relationships into measurable business outcomes.

• Extensive professional experience in the UAE, particularly Abu Dhabi.
• An established senior-level network across corporates, government or semi-government entities, investors and innovation organisations.
• Proven track record in strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, corporate innovation or open innovation.
• Ability to transform connections into concrete collaborations and commercial opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English;
  Arabic is a strong advantage.
