Manager, Business Development:
Land & Naval Platforms
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our land and naval platforms business. You will work with customers, engineering and programme teams to turn requirements into winning, commercially sound offers.
What you'll do- Build and execute business development plans for land and naval platforms, vehicles and related systems
- Identify and qualify new opportunities, customers and markets
- Lead customer engagement, capture strategy and proposal development
- Build relationships with senior military, security and industry stakeholders
- Maintain the pipeline and provide market and competitor intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related.
- 5+ years' experience in defence business development, sales, capture or programme management
- Knowledge of land or naval platforms, armoured vehicles, maritime systems or associated technologies
- A technical background that lets you engage credibly with customers and engineers
- Experience with UAE or GCC customers is strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
