• Plan, organize, and manage outreach activities using a provided contact list, ensuring consistent tracking and follow‑up.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer‑focused manner.
• Proactively reconnect with inactive or under‑engaged accounts to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align them with Emerson’s Energy Transportation Solutions and Reliability Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and support updates to proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, opportunities, and quotations within CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently on leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Participate in structured training programs and apply learnings to day‑to‑day customer engagement activities.

You build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions. You demonstrate resilience and adaptability, maintaining focus and motivation while learning quickly from experiences and applying new knowledge to improve results.

• A strong interest in sales, business, engineering, or a related field, with a willingness to learn and grow in a commercial environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage confidently using digital tools and platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems or Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
