Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients, research target industries and companies, use CRM systems and outreach platforms to build pipelines.
Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
Contact prospects via calls, emails, Linked In, and meetings, build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand customer pain points and business needs.
Product Presentation & Demo:
Explain software features and benefits clearly, conduct product demos online or in-person, tailor presentations to client needs.
Sales Conversion:
Negotiate pricing and contract terms, close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets, handle objections and follow up effectively.
Account Management:
Maintain relationships with existing clients, upsell or cross-sell additional features/services, ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor industry trends in software as a service, analyze competitor offerings and pricing, provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
CRM & Reporting:
Update sales activities in CRM tools in ESAT ERP, track leads, conversions, and revenue, prepare sales reports and forecasts.
