Business Development Manager; BDM

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the interior fit-out industry to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven track record in securing fit-out projects and achieving sales targets. The candidate will work closely with the Sales Director, Sales Managers, design, estimation, and project teams to identify business opportunities, prepare competitive proposals, and convert leads into successful projects.

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail interior fit-out projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and potential clients.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share, generate leads, and expand the company’s client portfolio.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities within the UAE interior fit-out market.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, project discussions, and commercial negotiations to secure new contracts.
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and direct client engagement.
• Collaborate with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to develop proposals, quotations, and tender submissions that meet client requirements.
• Understand interior design concepts, material specifications, fit-out solutions, project timelines, and execution processes to present suitable solutions to clients.
• Manage the business development pipeline, follow up on enquiries and proposals, and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
• Prepare sales reports, business development updates, pipeline analyses, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, negotiations, and project status.
• Coordinate with the existing sales team, including the Sales Director and Sales Managers, to align business development activities with company objectives.

• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, with at least 8 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of securing interior fit-out projects and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network of contacts among developers, consultants, architects, property management companies, and corporate clients.
• Good understanding of interior design, fit-out materials, estimation, tendering, costing, and project execution workflows.
• Excellent business development, lead generation, client relationship management, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
