Meat Trading Sales Officer

- Develop and execute sales strategies for meat trading with full P&L accountability.
- Identify, negotiate and close deals with meat importers, exporters, retailers and wholesalers.
- Build and expand a strong network of relationships with major retail chains such as Carrefour, LuLu Hypermarket, and other regional retailers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the UAE, GCC and MENA Region meat trading sector.
- Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive database of potential and existing buyers (retailers, importers, wholesalers, butcheries, distributors) for meat products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers and logistics/freight providers to optimize margins and trading volumes.
- Negotiate purchase and sales terms, pricing and contracts with suppliers and buyers.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics and quality/compliance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, including halal certification and food safety compliance.
- Review shipping and trade documentation (LCs, certificates of origin, halal certificates, health certificates) to ensure smooth import/export operations.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events related to the meat and food trading sector.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote the company's meat trading portfolio.
- Excellent negotiation, sales and relationship management skills.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region to visit clients, suppliers and trade events.
