We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Telesales Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi for immediate placement.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Promote products and services and support sales conversion.
- Follow up with customers and maintain professional communication.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and elevate matters when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in company systems.
- Assist with the accurate calculation and verification of discounts, commissions, and applicable transaction charges.
Language:
Fluent in Arabic/English (both spoken and written).
CommunicationSkills:
Strong telephone communication and customer-handling skills.
TechnicalSkills:
Proficient in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and basic computer applications.
Numeracy:Strong basic mathematical skills for quick and accurate calculations.
Location:Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Availability:Candidates must be available to join immediately.
Previous telesales, call-center, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
