Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and achieve sales and gross profit targets across ELV, ICT, AV, Home Automation, and EV Charging solutions. The role will also oversee the Presales and Sales Coordination teams to support profitable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, government entities, and corporate clients.
Achieve annual gross profit targets and maintain project profitability.
Oversee tenders, quotations, proposals, project costing, and contract negotiations.
Manage and guide the Presales Engineers and Sales Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, bookings, invoicing, and collections.
Maintain CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and develop business expansion strategies.
Coordinate with Operations, Projects, and Procurement teams to support business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of sales experience in ELV, ICT, AV, or systems integration.
Strong knowledge of the UAE market, with established industry relationships.
Proven experience in business development, team management, tendering, project costing, and commercial negotiations.
Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
