- Identify approach and acquire new merchants for PoS and merchant acquiring solutions
- Generate leads through field visits networking referrals and cold outreach
- Present payment solutions clearly addressing merchant needs and objections
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage the merchant onboarding process coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely activation
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants to support retention and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of leads pipeline and sales activity
- Report regularly on performance market feedback and competitor activity
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in PoS, B2B banking, merchant acquiring or Fin Tech (essential).
- Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English;
Hindi and/or Arabic preferred. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively across the UAE.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and merchant landscape (advantageous).
- Valid UAE driving licence (advantageous).
