Job description

Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and develop premium business opportunities for whole-house custom furniture and interior fit-outs within the UAE and broader GCC market, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), villa owners, and expatriate executives.

Channel Development: Proactively build and maintain strong partnerships with local interior design firms, independent designers, real estate agencies, and contractors to secure stable referral channels.

Consultative Selling & Negotiation: Welcoming clients at the showroom or conducting on-site visits to analyze their needs regarding materials, styles, and budgets. Collaborate with the design team to present customized solutions, handle quotations, negotiate contracts, and secure payments.

Project Coordination: Work closely with designers, surveyors, factory production, and installation teams to ensure all custom projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Market Insight: Gather intelligence on local design trends, market dynamics, and competitor movements in the UAE/GCC region to continuously optimize sales strategies.

Skills

Language Proficiency:
Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory (fluent in verbal and written business communication). (Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a distinct advantage).

Industry

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in high-end furniture, whole-house customization, building materials, interior design, or luxury retail. (Candidates with existing local networks of designers, real estate agents, or builders will be prioritized).

Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. A strong aesthetic sense for colors, space layout, and interior decor.

Professionalism: Elegant presentation, strong customer-centric service mindset, high stress tolerance, and a results-driven attitude.

Qualification:
