We are looking for a Dubai-based freelance Sales Executive to sell EVA (Event Visitor Analytics) to event and exhibition companies. This is an office-based role in Dubai, with client meetings as needed.
IMPORTANT:
This role is commission-only, with no basic salary. Commission is 15% of collected sales revenue, excluding VAT. Typical sales are expected to be between £5,000 and £10,000, giving an illustrative commission of £750–£1,500 per sale. Earnings depend on completed sales and client payments; these examples are not guaranteed income.
EVA helps exhibition organisers, event agencies, stand builders and exhibitors understand visitor numbers, dwell time and engagement through camera-based analytics, dashboards and reporting. It helps clients measure event performance and make better decisions for future exhibitions.
Responsibilities- Identify and approach event organisers, exhibition companies, stand builders, experiential agencies and AV suppliers.
- Generate opportunities through calls, email, Linked In and networking.
- Arrange and deliver product demonstrations, supported by our technical team.
- Understand client requirements and work with the team to prepare proposals.
- Manage follow-ups, negotiate within agreed pricing and close sales.
- Keep an accurate sales pipeline and develop repeat business.
You will work alongside the team from our Dubai office. Product training, sales materials and technical support will be provided. Detailed commission and working arrangements will be agreed in writing before engagement.
Skills- Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience selling into events, exhibitions, AV, sponsorship or event technology is strongly preferred.
- Ability to prospect independently and take opportunities through to close.
- Confident communication, presentations, negotiation and follow-up.
- Comfortable explaining the commercial value of a technology product.
- Organised approach to CRM and pipeline management.
- Based in Dubai and able to work from our office.
- Comfortable with a freelance, commission-only arrangement with no basic salary.
