Sales Executive

Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and maximizing sales opportunities throughout the customer journey.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer engagement, consultation, vehicle presentation, demonstration, negotiation, closing, delivery, and post-sale follow-up
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle by providing professional product guidance and personalized sales solutions.
• Deliver sold vehicles to customers in a smooth, professional, and defect-free condition.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize profitability in line with company policies and objectives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and ensure excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about competitor products and market trends.
• Promote finance and insurance products and assess customer requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensures a smooth, clean and defect-free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customer

Required background & experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management and consultative selling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
