- Oversee and manage district-level operations to ensure business objectives and organizational targets are achieved
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to increase revenue expand market presence and acquire new customers
- Lead guide and motivate the team to achieve individual and district-level performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Monitor sales performance market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular performance reports track key performance indicators KPIs and provide updates to senior management
- Ensure operational efficiency compliance with company policies and effective coordination across teams
- Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or district/territory management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify market opportunities, and solve business challenges.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district as required.
