Jr/Sales Engineer – After Sales & Service

- Develop new service business opportunities, including annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable service and maintenance solutions.
- Generate enquiries through proactive outreach and regular client visits.
- Build relationships with customers and decision-makers to secure new business.
- Explain technical solutions clearly and manage sales opportunities through to closure.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain an active pipeline of service opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant technical sales experience.
- Technical knowledge of one or more of the following: chillers, heat pumps, boilers, calorifiers, or solar water heating systems.
- Demonstrated ability to generate enquiries and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and confident engaging with decision-makers.
- UAE driving license preferred.
