- Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, Whats App, and various communication platforms.
- Explain services to clients and respond to their inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales actions.
- Provide price quotes and track requests until the sale is completed.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and maintain them.
- Achieve specified monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customers, and new opportunities.
- Update customer information and track feedback and requests.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Politeness and good customer interaction.
- Proficiency in Arabic;
English is an additional advantage. - Able to use phone, Whats App, and email effectively.
- Dedication and adherence to deadlines while handling work pressure.
- Ability to organize time and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and achieve sales goals.
- Previous experience in sales is an advantage, but not a requirement for entry-level positions.
