Business Development Executive

Identify and acquire new B2B clients across corporate hospitality healthcare education facility management and events sectors Generate qualified leads arrange client meetings and convert opportunities into confirmed business Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting presentations quotations negotiations and follow-ups Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and key decision makers Achieve sales targets and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business Identify market opportunities support tender registrations and develop key accounts Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction Maintain accurate sales records pipeline updates and performance reports

• 3-5 years of relevant UAE B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years mandatory.
• Mandatory UAE Driving License
• Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing corporate clients and closing sales.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and confident in approaching new clients.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver measurable results.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles, promotional products or related B2B industries is an advantage.
• Existing UAE corporate contacts would be an added benefit.
