Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate B2B leads, develop client relationships, conduct client visits, and drive business growth for our storage, warehouse, and racking solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong business development and sales skills, be comfortable with cold calling and client visits, and have the ability to convert potential clients into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, online platforms, referrals, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales/business development pipeline.
Conduct client visits, understand customer requirements, and identify suitable business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Introduce and present the company's storage, warehouse, and racking solutions to potential clients.
Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotations and proposals with the relevant teams.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to project closure.
Coordinate with technical, project, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Identify new markets, customers, projects, and business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets
.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
Experience in storage solutions, warehouse solutions, racking, industrial products, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Ability to independently conduct client visits and develop new business.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
UAE market experience is mandatory.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Willingness to travel within the UAE for client visits and business development activities.
