Black Pearl Consult is looking for an experienced Project Sales Consultant to drive business development across Abu Dhabi's high-end building materials sector. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong knowledge of the local market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships through technical expertise, market insight, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals,quotations, and technical submittals in coordination with the design and technical team.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure product installation meets specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics,operations, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution and materialdelivery.
- Maintain updated records of ongoing projects,leads, and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets asdefined by management.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Participate in exhibitions, presentations, andclient meetings to promote the company's portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design,Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in project sales within the building materials industry (sanitaryware, lighting, or kitchen appliances is essential).
- Strong network with contractors, consultants,architects, and developers in the UAE.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, able to workunder pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
