Sales Executive – Waste Management

TARHEEL is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to support the growth of its waste management business across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to sustainable waste management solutions while achieving sales targets in a dynamic and growing industry.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the waste management sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote the company's waste management and environmental service solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and expand business across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Prepare sales reports and support business development activities.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in waste management, recycling, or environmental services.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
