Security Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee security operations and personnel within our organization. This full-time position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering immigrant applicants.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies compliant with local laws and regulations

Monitor security staff to ensure alertness and adherence to protocols

Supervise installation of security equipment such as cameras, alarms, and sensors

Conduct regular drills and emergency preparedness training to ensure safety

Respond promptly to emergencies

Investigate incidents and policy violations

Maintain incident records

Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Security Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in security management roles
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and physical security
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
