Senior Officer HSE - Security - Site Key Responsibilities HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
- Enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety rules
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Monitor PTW (Permit to Work), risk assessments, and JSA compliance
- Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective actions
- Investigate incidents, near misses
, and prepare reports - Support emergency response drills and site safety campaigns
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and project standards
- Oversee site access control
, gate passes, and visitor management - Supervise security guards and security contractors
- Monitor site security risks and report breaches
- Ensure protection of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Coordinate response to security incidents or emergencies
- Maintain security logs, reports, and records
- Coordinate with construction, operations, and management teams
- Liaise with local authorities if required
- Prepare daily/weekly HSE & security reports
- Support site management during audits and inspections
- Diploma / Degree in HSE, Safety Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years site-based HSE experience (oil & gas / construction preferred)
- Knowledge of HSE standards and site security practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work full-time on site
