The Senior Officer – Security Operations is responsible for the effective execution of day-to-day security operations across assigned sites and shifts, in accordance with AD Ports Group and Nishan security requirements, approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), post orders, and regulatory obligations.
The role focuses on frontline operational control, supervision on shift, incident response, access control, patrols, and compliance monitoring to ensure a safe and secure operating environment. The Senior Officer acts as the primary operational lead on site during assigned shifts, ensuring incidents, observations, and security activities are managed, recorded, and escalated accurately and within defined time frames.
This role supports the Supervisor – Security Operations by maintaining operational discipline, ensuring contracted security personnel comply with post orders and regulatory requirements (including ISPS and national security mandates), and contributing to audits, drills, inspections, and security assessments. The position requires flexibility to support 24/7 operations on a rotational shift basis.
